    Our main objective is to allow property owners and holidaymakers to get in touch directly with each other - thus eliminating any third party agents who might increase the final cost.

    More and more travellers plan their holidays each year from their own homes - reducing the reliance on third party agents who might offer the same product at a higher price.

    Online accommodation booking is one of the most popular Internet products in Europe, offering a high customer satisfaction rate.


  3. Accommodation published in this section appear automatically when the property owner sets a maximum price of 25 Euros per person per night during high season, regardless of whether the accommodation is rented per room or for the whole property.

  4. Current special offers for specific dates will be clearly stated both in the SPECIAL OFFERS section and in the accommodation listings. Contact the property owner and refer to the published special offer for confirmation.

  5. Just choose your favourite accommodation and fill out the request form which appears at the bottom of the page with your contact details and your chosen dates.

    The owner or manager of the property will receive your request directly - no middlemen involved - and will answer as soon as possible.


  6. We'd be delighted. RESERVIA TOURIST GUIDE is designed for holidaymakers to share their comments and impressions with other users and holidaymakers, adding valuable information to the city guides created by our team.

    With your comments you will help the Reservia community of holidaymakers. Just click on “Add comment” on the corresponding GUIDE.

  7. Once you have made a request for information from the owner or manager of a property and your booking has been confirmed by email, any errors with the booking should be dealt with by the owner or manager of the accommodation.

  4. Check out the advantages of advertising your accommodation in RESERVIA:
    • 0% commission on bookings completed through our system. You just need to pay an annual fixed fee for the advertising, regardless of the number of bookings.
    • Unlike with traditional travel agents, there is no commission charge - this means great savings for both owners and clients, since the product can be offered to holidaymakers at a lower price than through traditional means.
    • Tourist Guide of the area where your accommodation is located. This guides are compiled by our team and by property owners, giving your clients detailed information about the area. Holidaymakers who have visited the area can also contribute with their comments and recommendations. This will allow clients to discover and enjoy the area's highlights and attractions.
    • Publication of special offers, the option to advertise your accommodation in priority areas of the RESERVIA website, and much more.


  5. Any type of holiday accommodation can be advertised in RESERVIA.

    To optimise searches only the types of accommodation which have previously been registered in our system by property owners (hotels, hostels, country houses, apartments, etc.) will appear. This will give holidaymakers a quick and easy way to find the type of accomodation they are looking for.


  6. We offer three types of listings according to your needs:
    • Standard: 150 Euros per year, VAT incl.
    • Pro: 195 Euros per year, VAT incl.
    • Pro +: 225 Euros per year, VAT incl.
    We are highly committed to our clients and we reinvest 40% of the money earned from each listing in effective advertising to enhance the Internet presence of the accommodation advertised in RESERVIA.


  7. We don't offer contracts shorter with a duration shorter than a year. Experience has shown that only after a year can the benefits of this service be appreciated.

    You will then be able to see your business grow and grow.

    We are committed to long-term investment and we believe that it is necessary to allow a reasonable amount of time before enjoying the results.


  8. Take the price of your accommodation (per room or for the whole property) and calculate the number of nights you need to have booked through our website in order to pay for the listing's annual fee.

    You will then see how profitable this service really is.


  9. You will receive a direct request from the holidaymakers directly via the email address or telephone number which appear in your accommodation listing.

    We do not get involved at any stage of the process.


  10. Yes. Just let us know and we will apply the updated price during the remaining months, discounting the price of the old listing.

  11. This section gives you a new perspective on the current demand from holidaymakers in relation to the final cost of accommodation per person per night.

    Our system automatically makes a calculation based on the price that the owner has inputted via the control panel for the property during the high season, taking into account the total number of people the accommodation can sleep. All accommodation whose price per person per night is equal to or lower than 25 Euros will be considered LOW PRICE.


  12. Yes, but only as a banner within the TOURIST GUIDE. We don't offer accommodation adverts on the home page.

    As for the search results, advertising is subject to the following criteria.


  13. First of all, PRO listings will have priority over the rest. Secondly, results will depend on the length of time you have advertised your accommodation with us (older clients will have priority). So remember, the earlier you join us, the better your results will be.

  14. A picture is worth a thousand words. Remember that your accommodation photos are an essential selling point - holidaymakers always like to have an idea of what the accommodation will look like.

    We therefore recommend that you post as many pictures as possible and of the highest possible quality. You can rest assured that it will make a difference to your business.


  15. At RESERVIA we believe the Tourist Guide gives added value to our customers' accommodation.

    Every time a new client registers we will publish a TOURIST GUIDE of the region where their accommodation is based as soon as possible.

    We guarantee that your Tourist Guide will be available within 30 days of the actual registration date.

    The guide will initially contain information about the main cities in the area. Smaller towns will gradually be added and published in RESERVIA. This complete GUIDE will be an invaluable help for your potential customers.


  16. RESERVIA will not request proof of your accommodation's compliance with legal requirements for holiday rental.

    We believe that, as managers of your own business, you will ensure the highest standards of your holiday accommodation - efficiency, transparency and safety.

    The quality of your accommodation will be your best selling point.
