• Please provide all your contact details.
• Provide as much information as possible about any special needs you may have.

Don't forget to enter your validation code before contact the owner (If you can't see the code, please click on the two arrows' icon to refresh).

Very important:

Be aware that property owners will give priority to pre-bookings wich provide a contact telephone number.

When making a comment about accommodation with Reservia:

• Your comments must only refer to accommodation where you have stayed, whether you booked it through Reservia or not.
• Give a general opinion about the accommodation which might help other users make their choice, including pros and cons.
• If you had any problems with the owner of the accommodation, we suggest that you solve it directly with the owner rather than through the comments pages.
• Any offensive comments will be automatically deleted.
